First Impressions - DSA level 2 Diploma
Front line staff: Secretaries, Receptionists and Assistants.This course is designed for your receptionist, assistants and secretaries who have plenty of other duties but also have a great deal of exposure to new enquiries, potential customers and existing customers.
Over 5 weeks they will be required to attend 5 half days training, complete 20 days of call logs and answer 20 motivational questions.
In return, your front line staff will learn to engage with potential customers effectively, build business rapport and efficiently agree a meeting or alternative outcome.
If your frontline staff currently receive 2 new enquiries per day, we can expect them to be comfortably setting another 12 appointments or other outcome per annum which compares favourably with our fees of £500 per person.
